Club Re-Opening Rules 3 June
CLICK HERE FOR OUR LATEST UPDATE
You are cordially invited to join our friendly club whether you are a complete beginner to tennis, a rusty returner or a seasoned team player. Not only will you get to play tennis on our well-maintained courts but tennis is a great sport for improving your fitness, for having fun and meeting lots of new people – on and off the court.
We have lots of opportunities for you to both play and learn tennis from age three to seniors. We encourage our members to join in with our many friendly mix-ins or club tournaments and to participate in our comprehensive coaching programme for children of all ages and our coaching programme for adults also.
New members should note that TWLTC is currently able to operate under restricted conditions which can be found here. All new members will be able to play subject to these restrictions.
All Memberships run for 12 months from the date of you joining.
* Not available to mid-week members.
Junior Club Night on Fridays 4-5pm (4-11 year olds) and 5-6.30pm (12-19 year olds) during term time with food available afterwards. This is a FREE coaching-lite session for our junior members and sometimes includes tennis to music, special event evenings such as Easter Bunny and Easter Egg Hunts, Christmas fancy dress, supper and visit from Santa and trying your luck against our ball machine!
All new members are expected to pay by Direct Debit. For a small charge, you can split your subscription into a maximum of four instalments (£2 for 2, £3 for 3, £4 for 4 instalments across consecutive months). For existing members, renewals by Direct Debit are welcomed. We also accept payment by card and BACS. Your invoice will provide you with full details.
A member may bring the same guest three times in any one year. However, that guest may not be a guest of any other member during the course of that year. You may bring more than one guest three times a year and you may bring up to a maximum of three guests at any one time.
A guest should be signed in by the inviting member in the visitor’s book that hangs on the wall to the right of the club general office. The appropriate fee should be placed in an envelope provided and handed in at the office/bar or, when closed, put through the office letter box. The guest should be signed in by the member, and the fee paid prior to going on court.
