At TWLTC we take safeguarding and protection of our members, visitors and staff very seriously and have a variety of rules and policies in place to ensure that, in the event of an incident of any kind, there is a clear procedure and point of contact in place for you. We would also love to hear from you with your comments and suggestions.

Any safeguarding issues can be dealt with by contacting our Welfare Officer Irene Clark, in confidence, on 01892 525625.

In the event of an immediate risk to a young person or vulnerable adult, please contact the police and/or an ambulance (999) or social services (children: 03000 411111, adults: 03000 416161 or email social.services@kent.gov.uk) as appropriate.

Otherwise please report your concern(s) to our Office or direct to the LTA Safeguarding Team (0208 4877000).
