Ryan and Victoria Ashford-Smit

OsteoStrong

Ryan and Victoria Ashford-Smit immigrated to the UK from South Africa five years ago. Two years ago, after discovering OsteoStrong in the USA, they opened the UK’s flagship OsteoStrong centre right here on the High Street. They had seen how transformational this had been for other people.

As players get older, the things that keep you on court, strong bones, healthy joints, good balance need more attention. OsteoStrong uses osteogenic loading technology to do just that. This is a way of creating the right levels of force on your body, resulting in increased bone strength, joint strength, muscle strength and power. Ideal for tennis players looking to build resilience, stay injury-free, and extend their playing careers.

It’s not a gym. There are no classes, no weights. Just four targeted resistance machines, a personal coach, requiring only one 15-minute session a week.

The OsteoStrong Wellness Centre also gives members access to high-tech wellness and recovery technologies such as Red Light Therapy, PEMF therapy, and Compression therapy.

Ryan and Victoria are proud to be sponsoring the club to help the members stay active, strong, and playing together for as long as possible.

Exclusive. Club member benefits a free first session to come and meet the team and experience the OsteoStrong machines first hand. As well as receive a 20% discounts on strength assessments and ultrasound bone scans.

They look forward to getting to know everyone and getting on the court themselves.

Book yours at www.osteostrongtw.co.uk or call 01892 251 360.
